Update on Ken's Book

We are well on the way to having Ken's book available for sale! The only thing holding us up at this point is waiting for the author copy to arrive so we can approve it. Unfortunately it seems to have been lost by the post office, who claim it was delivered on May 18th at 11:42 AM. We even had the notice in our box to go pick it up in the office, but when Ken went in there, the manager said there was no package. So we have talked to the apt. manager a few times, the postman a few times and even went to the post office once! But to no avail. We still cannot find out what happened to it, although our regular postman suggested that the substitute who delivered the mail that day may have left it at the wrong apartment complex! That's horrible isn't it? How on earth can we find it with all the complex's there are in our area? Anyway, I think the sender should be responsible for either locating it or printing us another copy and sending it out, seeing as we paid them and not the other way around! And I wish they would stop calling really early in the morning to see if it's arrived yet. This morning they called at 12 minutes past 6! A horrible time to be awakened when you worked until 11 PM the night before and didn't get to sleep until after midnight. Just because they are located in another state where it is 2 or 3 hours later...hmmmpf . Well, if anyone reads this, wish us the best of luck in locating that author copy...please. That's all for now.
